I found an increased ability to perform calmly under pressure."

"My manager and I believe Sport withZing was significant in winning my first Snooker World Championship!"

Steve Staunton

A Personalised Training Programme

Sport withZing is a smart programme; it involves a repeated cycle of monthly assessments, regular analysis and daily reporting in order to ensure that each programme is shaped to the individual’s potential.

There are three core components to the programme:

ANALYSE

The Insight Assessment uses sophisticated software, based on neuroscientific tests that are developed by leading universities to assess the brain's cognitive function. Insight Assessments are repeated every 30-days to monitor progress.

DEVELOP

Within these 30 day cycles individuals engage in their personalised exercise programme which takes 10 minutes twice a day. They are designed to challenge the balance system, which in turn has an impact on the cerebellum and cognitive performance.

REPORT

The withZing programme is constantly monitoring the individual’s response to the exercises, and adapts itself accordingly. The Insight Assessments provide feedback to participants on their progress.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to complete the withZing programme?

To achieve optimum results we recommend you do your withZing Programme for 10 minutes twice per day for 26 weeks

When will I see results?

Typically, improvement is seen within 2 - 3 months. However, some people have reported that they have noticeable benefit after only a few weeks.

What is the science behind withZing?

The withZing programme and methodology is predicated on scientific study and development of the cerebellum. The cerebellum is the part of the brain responsible for the automation of fundamental skills. The cerebellum is responsible for processing information and making executive decisions, when it becomes overloaded you can experience increased stress and reduced performance in all aspects of your life, both professional and personal.

The fundamental goal of withZing is to activate the cerebellum through engaging the whole body in a series of exercises to stimulate the balance systems.

Will I have to continue the programme beyond the recommended 26 weeks?

Some people at the end of the 26 weeks may require a short extension programme to maximise improvement whilst others opt to follow an exercise discipline of a maintenance programme.
