Sport withZing is a smart programme; it involves a repeated cycle of monthly assessments, regular analysis and daily reporting in order to ensure that each programme is shaped to the individual’s potential.
There are three core components to the programme:
The Insight Assessment uses sophisticated software, based on neuroscientific tests that are developed by leading universities to assess the brain's cognitive function. Insight Assessments are repeated every 30-days to monitor progress.
Within these 30 day cycles individuals engage in their personalised exercise programme which takes 10 minutes twice a day. They are designed to challenge the balance system, which in turn has an impact on the cerebellum and cognitive performance.
The withZing programme is constantly monitoring the individual’s response to the exercises, and adapts itself accordingly. The Insight Assessments provide feedback to participants on their progress.
